This limited warranty ("Warranty") applies to end-users ("you") who have purchased the following IsEasy brand products:

  • Gas Hob
  • Refrigerator
  • Electric Cooktop
  • Range Hood

Warranty Coverage

This Warranty is valid only for purchases made through IsEasy Authorized Business Partners, dealers, and official channels. It applies solely to genuine IsEasy-branded products.

IsEasy reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty without prior notice.


Warranty Period

The warranty period ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on the product type and region. The detailed warranty periods are as follows:

Induction Hob/Electric Hob 1 Year 2 Years 1st year: Parts, transport & labor; 2nd year: Parts only.
Gas Hob 1 Year 2 Years 1st year: Parts, transport & labor; 2nd year: Parts only.
Cooker Hood/Range Hood 1 Year 2 Years 1st year: Parts, transport & labor; 2nd year: Parts only.
Cooker Hood Motor 1 Year 3 Years (EU) 1st year: Parts, transport & labor; 2nd/3rd year: Parts only.
Wine Cabinet 1 Year 2 Years 1st year: Parts, transport & labor; 2nd year: Parts only.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Service: If you encounter any issues, contact our Customer Service team via support@iseasy.com.
  2. Submit a Claim: If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, submit a warranty claim with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name and model
    • Purchase date
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Relevant photos or videos of the issue

What IsEasy Will Do:
Upon receiving your warranty claim, IsEasy will investigate and may repair, replace, or refund the product depending on the issue. You may be required to return the defective product or part.


Replacement/Refund Policy

Eligibility for return or exchange depends on the period since purchase:

Period Conditions for Return/Exchange
Within 1 Month Defective, manufacturing defects, wrong items delivered, or change of mind.
After 1 Month Only manufacturing defects or significant quality issues.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.


Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Damage due to regular use.
  • Consumables: Items that require regular replacement, such as filters or bulbs.
  • Non-Genuine Products: Damages from non-genuine parts.
  • External Damage: Scratches, dents, or marks on external covers/panels.
  • Abuse and Negligence: Misuse or improper handling by the end-user.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Issues from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

If the Warranty is deemed null and void, IsEasy will no longer be liable for repairs, replacements, or refunds.
