Warranty Coverage
This Warranty is valid only for purchases made through IsEasy Authorized Business Partners, dealers, and official channels. It applies solely to genuine IsEasy-branded products.
IsEasy reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty without prior notice.
Warranty Period
The warranty period ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on the product type and region. The detailed warranty periods are as follows:

How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Customer Service: If you encounter any issues, contact our Customer Service team via support@iseasy.com.

Submit a Claim: If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, submit a warranty claim with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and model
- Purchase date
- Reason for return/exchange
- Relevant photos or videos of the issue
What IsEasy Will Do:
Upon receiving your warranty claim, IsEasy will investigate and may repair, replace, or refund the product depending on the issue. You may be required to return the defective product or part.
Replacement/Refund Policy
Eligibility for return or exchange depends on the period since purchase:

If the Warranty is deemed null and void, IsEasy will no longer be liable for repairs, replacements, or refunds.
